What we stock
We stock the blanks we use on our own presses every day, which means we already know how each one behaves under heat and how it holds a print after twenty washes. That is a different list from what a catalog wholesaler carries. T shirts: Gildan 5000 and 64000, Bella + Canvas 3001, Comfort Colors 1717. Long sleeves and V necks in the same base fabrics. Hoodies, crewnecks, and full zips in fleece weights that press cleanly. Tank tops and crop tops for summer and fitness lines. Polos and dry fit for uniforms and sports. Caps for embroidery and patches. Aprons, tote bags, and infant bodysuits.
Choosing a blank for the decoration method
The garment matters more than most people expect. A few rules that save reprints. For DTF, anything works: cotton, polyester, or a blend. Cotton gives the softest hand, polyester gives the brightest color. For sublimation, polyester only, and light colors only, since sublimation ink is transparent and cannot sit on a dark shirt. For embroidery, heavier fabrics hold a stitch better. A 5.3 ounce tee will pucker where a fleece crewneck will not. For a soft vintage look, Comfort Colors garment dyed is the choice, though the dye varies slightly between dye lots, which is the point but also worth knowing before you promise a customer an exact match.
