What we handle and what you handle
You handle the storefront, the listings, the pricing and the customer. We handle printing, quality checking and getting the package out the door. Nothing in the box carries our name, so as far as your buyer knows the shirt came from you.
Orders reach us two ways. Smaller sellers email or upload a daily batch. Higher volume sellers connect the store so orders arrive automatically with the shipping address attached. We set that up with you rather than pointing at a help page.
Turnaround
Production is 1 to 2 business days from the moment your file clears our check. Shipping from Texas puts most of the continental United States 2 to 4 days out. Peak season runs longer and we tell you before it does.
Files that print cleanly
PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI, sized to the finished print dimensions. Vector for logos and text. Every file goes through a check, and if the resolution is short or the transparency will leave a halo we email you before printing rather than after your customer complains.

No, and no setup fee either. One shirt is a real order at the same per piece price as fifty.
Do you white label?
Yes. There is nothing with our branding in the package. Ask us about packing slips with your logo.

Send us the order number and a photo within 48 hours of delivery. If the fault is ours we reprint or refund, and the replacement jumps the queue.
