School orders are not really apparel orders. They are logistics problems with a shirt at the end. Two hundred pieces, thirty size combinations, a roster that changes twice before the deadline, a PO that has to clear, and a date that does not move. We print for campuses across Cypress, Katy, Tomball and greater Houston, and the sorting is the part we take seriously.
Three things cause almost every school reprint: roster spellings, because a shirt prints exactly what the list says; size counts collected by teacher rather than by size, which someone has to transpose and someone always transposes wrong; and art pulled from the district website at screen resolution, which looks fine on a laptop and soft at twelve inches across. Send us the roster as a spreadsheet, the sizes as totals, and the original logo file, and none of that happens.
We bag and label by class, by teacher, by grade or by roster name, whichever matches how you plan to hand them out, at no extra charge. Public and private schools order tax exempt with a valid certificate on file, set up through our tax exemption page before the first order. We accept purchase orders and can invoice the campus or the district directly.
How far ahead should we order?
Three weeks for a full campus run, one week for a single class or club.
Can you do youth and adult sizes in one order?
Yes, youth XS through adult 4XL at the same price per piece.
Does a multi color mascot cost more?
No. DTF has no per color charge, so a detailed full color mascot prints for the same as a one color wordmark.
Is there a minimum?
No. Fourteen shirts for a robotics team is a real order.
Can you reprint the same design next year?
Yes. We keep the print file and placement measurements, so next year's run matches this year's.
School apparel has a deadline attached to it. Picture day, the first pep rally, the band trip, the end of year fun run. Nobody wants a box of shirts that lands the morning after. That is the part Cypress DTF is built around: a firm date, one contact, and shirts that arrive sorted.
We print for PTAs, booster clubs, student councils, athletic departments, band and choir programs, and teacher teams across Cypress, Katy, Tomball, Jersey Village, Spring and the rest of northwest Houston. Some order twelve staff polos. Some order eleven hundred spirit shirts in nine sizes. Both get the same treatment.
Public schools and registered nonprofits can order tax exempt. Send your exemption certificate through our tax exemption page before you order, since sales tax already collected and remitted cannot be refunded. We work with district purchase orders. Ask us for a formal quote to attach to yours.

Yes. Individual names and numbers are standard on DTF, and they do not add a setup charge the way a screen print would. Send the list with spellings you have already double checked.
Yes, and the back of the shirt is the usual place for them. Send each sponsor logo as a separate file at the highest quality they gave you.
Vector for a mascot or wordmark, high resolution PNG for anything photographic. If you are not sure what you have, send it anyway and we will check it before you pay.
Yes, pricing steps down as quantity goes up. For runs over 200 the number of colors in the design also moves the price, so ask us to quote it both ways before you finalize the artwork.
Yes, with a valid exemption certificate on file before you order. Set it up on our tax exemption page. Tax already collected on a past order cannot be refunded.
We keep your artwork, garment and placement on file so reorders line up. Small shade differences between production runs are normal in any print process, but the design and position will match.
