Misprint, wrong size, damaged in transit: send us the photo and we reprint or refund. Your customer deals with you, and you deal with one person here.
Your name is on the label, not ours. That is why every piece is checked before it goes in the mailer and why we print on blanks we would wear ourselves: Bella+Canvas, Gildan and Comfort Colors.
If a print cracks, peels or lands crooked, tell us and we reprint it at our cost. No argument, no restocking fee. A refunded customer who never comes back costs you more than the shirt did.

Two ways. Small sellers email or upload a daily batch. Higher volume sellers connect the store so orders arrive automatically with the shipping address attached. We set that up with you rather than handing you a manual.
From you. There is nothing with our name in the box. Ask us about packing slips with your logo and we will set that up.
Production is 1 to 2 business days from the moment the file clears our check. Transit from Texas is usually 2 to 4 days in the continental United States. Holiday season runs longer and we tell you before it does, not after.
Tees, long sleeves, hoodies, crewnecks, polos, tote bags, aprons, baby bodysuits and performance wear. DTF sits on cotton, polyester, blends, nylon and canvas, so your catalog is not limited to cotton tees.
No. Nothing is printed until an order exists. The only version of this that involves stock is if you want us to hold blanks for you, which we can do for high volume sellers.
PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI at the size you want it printed. Vector is better for logos. We check every file and email you if the resolution, color mode or transparency will cause a problem, before anything prints.
Years of normal home washing. Tell your customers to wash cold, turn the garment inside out and skip fabric softener and the hot dryer, and the print outlasts the shirt. We can add that care line to your packing slip.
Send us the order number and a photo within 48 hours of delivery. If the fault is ours we reprint or refund, and we ship the replacement ahead of the queue. If the file was the problem we tell you that too, and show you why.
