Sublimation transfers, printed to your size or ganged onto a sheet. Different process from DTF, different rules, and worth understanding before you order, because the most common sublimation problem is buying it for the wrong garment.
How sublimation works
Sublimation ink turns from solid to gas under heat and bonds into polyester fibers. The result has no hand at all: you cannot feel the print, since it is part of the fabric rather than sitting on it. Nothing to crack, nothing to peel, ever. The trade off is strict. Sublimation ink is transparent and only bonds to polyester, so it needs white or very light polyester. On a colored shirt the garment color shows through the ink and changes it, and on a dark shirt nothing shows at all. 100 percent polyester gives the brightest result, a 50/50 blend gives a faded vintage look, and cotton takes nothing.

Choose sublimation for white or light polyester, all over prints, performance wear, and anywhere you want zero hand feel. Gang sheets and pressing
A gang sheet is one large sheet with as many designs as you can fit on it, and it is the cheapest way to buy transfers by area. Send your designs arranged how you want them, or send them separately and we will lay them out; you cut them apart yourself before pressing. Press around 385 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 to 60 seconds with medium pressure, then peel hot. Exact settings ship with your order and vary by fabric.

Can I sublimate onto cotton?
No. The ink will not bond and it will wash out.

What about a 50/50 blend?
