Who we are

Cypress DTF is a custom printing brand operated by Nazen LLC from 12218 Jones Rd., Suite J, Cypress, TX 77070. We print DTF and UV DTF transfers, gang sheets, glitter and puff prints, embroidery, sublimation and screen printing, and we ship to all 50 states. These terms cover your use of cypressdtf.com and every order you place with us. "We", "us" and "our" mean Cypress DTF. "You" means the person or business placing the order.

Accepting these terms

Placing an order, uploading a file, or creating an account means you accept these terms. If you are ordering for a company, school, church or club, you confirm that you are allowed to bind that organization. Read the terms before you order. If a clause does not work for your organization, email us before checkout rather than after production starts.

Your account

You do not need an account to order, but tax-exempt buyers and repeat customers usually keep one. Give us accurate contact and shipping details and keep your password to yourself. Anything ordered through your account is treated as ordered by you. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.

Orders, quotes and payment

An order is confirmed once payment clears and you receive our order confirmation email. Prices, discount tiers and shipping costs shown at checkout apply to that order only. Written quotes for bulk work hold for 14 days unless the quote itself says otherwise.

We can refuse or cancel an order at any point before it goes to production. That happens rarely: a pricing error, a file we cannot print at usable quality, a payment we cannot verify, or artwork that breaks the rules below. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Sales tax is charged where Texas law requires it. Resellers with a valid Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit can apply for exemption through our tax exemption page before ordering.

Artwork you upload

You own the responsibility for every file you send us. By uploading a design you confirm that you created it, that you licensed it, or that you otherwise have the right to have it printed and sold. That includes logos, team names, mascots, characters, photographs, fonts and clip art inside your file.

We print what you send. We do not run legal checks on artwork, and we do not verify licensing. If a rights holder comes after us because of something you asked us to print, you agree to cover our costs, including reasonable legal fees.

We do reserve the right to refuse anything we believe infringes a third party, breaks the law, or falls into the categories below.

What we will not print

• Counterfeit branding or unlicensed sports, entertainment and character property
• Content that threatens, harasses or incites violence against a person or group
• Sexual content involving minors, or anything that sexualizes a minor
• Designs that impersonate a real person or business in a way meant to deceive
• Artwork that breaks federal, Texas or local law

If we spot one of these after payment, we cancel the order and refund it. If we spot it after production, no refund is due.

How your files are handled

Your artwork stays yours. We use it to produce your order and nothing else. We do not resell it, publish it, or add it to a stock library. We keep production files on file for a limited period so reorders match your first run, and you can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing cypressdtf@gmail.com.

One exception: if you tell us in writing that we may show a finished piece in our portfolio or on social media, we will. Otherwise we ask first.

Color, fabric and press results

Screens are backlit and garments are not. Colors on your monitor will not match a printed transfer exactly, and we cannot guarantee a Pantone or CMYK match unless you order a paid press proof. Small shifts in shade between production runs are normal in DTF.

Peel type, press temperature, dwell time and pressure change how a transfer sits on fabric. We supply pressing instructions with every order. Results on garments you press yourself, on blends we did not test, or outside our stated settings are outside our control.

Turnaround and delivery

Production times quoted on the site are working estimates, not guarantees, and they start when your artwork passes our file check rather than when you pay. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery timing belongs to the carrier. See our shipping policy for the details.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Custom printed work cannot be resold, so the window to cancel is short. Our refund policy covers when money comes back to you, and our return policy covers how to send something back and what to do about a damaged or wrong item. Both form part of these terms.

Limits on our liability

Where a print or a garment is our fault, our responsibility is to reprint it or refund what you paid for that item. That is the limit.

We are not liable for lost profit, missed events, downstream production costs, or other indirect losses, whatever the cause. We are also not liable for delays or failures outside our control, including carrier problems, equipment failure, supplier shortages, power loss, severe weather and government action. Nothing here removes rights you have under Texas or federal law that cannot be waived.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something we printed or published infringes your copyright, email cypressdtf@gmail.com with:

• A description of the work you say was copied
• Where the infringing material appears, with a link or an order number
• Your name, address, phone number and email
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use was not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or act on their behalf

We review every notice and remove or stop producing material where the claim holds up.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts sitting in Texas.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when our process or the law changes. The version posted here at the moment you order is the one that applies to that order. The last updated date sits at the bottom of this page.
