Performance polyester is the fabric most likely to go wrong in printing. Under heat, the dye in polyester can migrate up into the ink and tint it, so a white print on a red shirt turns pink days after it was pressed. That is called dye migration and it is the reason a lot of shops quietly refuse polyester. DTF handles it better than most methods because the ink sits on an adhesive layer rather than soaking into the fabric, and we press at settings tuned for polyester rather than cotton. On high risk colors, deep reds and royal blues especially, we will tell you up front and can add a blocking layer.

Fit is worth a thought: athletic cuts are trimmer through the body, and for a mixed group, a standard cut avoids the size complaints.
