Press at 300 to 320 degrees Fahrenheit, 10 to 15 seconds, firm even pressure, then cool peel. A second press for 5 seconds through parchment is the step that decides whether the print survives a school year of washing. Works on cotton, polyester and blends, which matters because school orders mix tees, hoodies and performance shirts.
