Send us a design and we put it on a shirt. One piece or four hundred, one color or a photograph, the price per shirt does not change based on how much color is in your artwork. Most orders leave our Texas facility within 1 to 2 business days of the file clearing our check.
What you can print here
Everything in this collection is a blank we stock and print in house: short sleeve tees, long sleeves, tanks, V-necks, raglans, crop tops, youth and toddler sizes, and infant bodysuits. Cotton, cotton blends, tri-blends and performance polyester all take the same transfer, so the fabric you pick is a comfort and budget decision rather than a printing limitation. Common orders we see: a family reunion shirt with a photo on the back, a small business logo on staff tees, a birthday shirt with one name on it, a run of 60 event shirts in mixed youth and adult sizes.
How the printing works
We print with DTF, which stands for direct to film. Your artwork is printed onto film in CMYK plus a white underbase, coated with adhesive, cured, then heat pressed into the fabric. The print sits thin and flexible on the shirt rather than as a thick rubbery slab, and it stretches with the garment instead of cracking across it. Because nothing has to be built first, there is no setup fee and no color charge. That is the practical difference from screen printing: a six color design costs the same as a one color logo on the same shirt.
Getting your file right
A PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI, sized to how large you want it printed, gives the best result. Vector files are better for logos and text. A screenshot pulled off a website usually is not enough, and we will tell you that before we print rather than after. Every file goes through a check. If the resolution is too low, the color mode is wrong, or the transparency will leave a halo, you get an email before anything runs.
Sizing and reorders
Youth XS through adult 4XL can go in the same order at the same per shirt price. We keep your artwork and placement on file, so a reorder in six months lands in the same spot as the first one.

No. One shirt is a real order, and it costs the same per piece as ten.
How long will the print last?
Years of normal home washing. Wash cold, turn the shirt inside out, skip fabric softener and the hot dryer.
Can every shirt have a different name?
Yes, and it does not add a setup charge. Send the list with the spellings already checked.
Do you ship outside Texas?
All 50 states. Local pickup is available in Cypress, TX during business hours if you order online first.
What if the shirt arrives wrong?
Email cypressdtf@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. If the fault is ours we reprint or refund.
