Choosing the hoodie
Weight is the decision that matters most. A midweight 8 ounce fleece is the everyday choice and the cheapest per piece. A heavyweight 10 ounce or above feels substantially better in the hand and is what you want if the hoodie is being sold rather than given away. Zip ups suit staff and event use, since people can take them off without ruining their hair. Pullover, full zip, quarter zip, cropped and youth sizes are all here, and youth XS through adult 4XL can run in the same order at the same per piece price.
Printing on fleece
Hoodie fleece is thicker and softer than jersey, so it needs different press settings than a tee, and we account for that. The print goes on flexible and moves with the fabric rather than sitting on it as a stiff panel. Placement matters too: a front pocket interrupts the print area, so a chest design generally needs to sit higher than it would on a t-shirt. Full back prints have the most room and read best from a distance, while left chest and sleeve prints suit staff and team use.

Send PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI, sized to the print dimensions you want, or vector for logos. We check every file before printing and email you if anything will cause a problem. Light or thin artwork on a dark heather fleece can look washed out, since the fabric texture shows through, so send us the garment color with the design and we will tell you if it needs a heavier underbase.
